Shipping and Returns

Once your order is submitted it will be processed within two business days. You will receive a second email confirming the tracking information. Once you receive your tracking information your order has been handed over to the postal service.

 

We have no control over how long it takes for the delivery of your order. Keep in mind that we are presently going through a national crisis so shipping times may be delayed. If you have any questions then please email us your name and order number at support@indigeauxbeauty.com   and we can check the status of your delivery. 

​If there is an issue with your order please email our support team at support@indigeauxbeauty.com including your order number and a member of our team will respond to you within one business day.

If you would like your order processed for a return or an exchange buyer will cover return shipping cost. Once the item is received your refund will be processed minus shipping fees onto the original form of payment. You may then proceed to purchase the replacement item of your choice.
